Enterprise Data & Analytics Governance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the Enterprise Data Governance function by defining governance frameworks and operating models.
• Establish data ownership and stewardship to ensure accountability for critical assets.
• Form and support governance councils and working groups to align priorities and adoption.
• Partner with biz and tech teams to embed governance into operations and strategy.
• Promote governance adoption and a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Develop data quality practices including monitoring, remediation, and improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, CS, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years in data management, governance, analytics, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years designing, implementing, and operationalizing governance programs.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, stewardship, data quality, and metadata management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• CDMP/DAMA or other data governance certifications preferred.
