Enterprise Demand Generation Manager

📋 Description

• Own and scale non-paid channels (email, webinars, direct mail) for enterprise accounts
• Plan and execute enterprise demand-gen campaigns aligned to goals
• Measure and optimize campaign performance to improve pipeline
• Develop and run intent-based programs with Sales to engage high-value accounts
• Partner with content marketing to activate targeted content for enterprise buyers
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps for cohesive demand generation across the funnel

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS
• Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM and demand generation tools such as Clay, CommonRoom, Sequel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps
• Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on results
