Enterprise Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead deployment of Samsara IoT solutions for enterprise customers.
• Manage onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal for strategic accounts.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to drive product usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run trainings and demos for executives and day-to-day users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, SE, and Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in senior CS, account mgmt, or strategic consulting; SaaS exp preferred.
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with technical products in customer-facing roles.
• Solutions-oriented with problem solving and project management.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end implementations.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives, Product/Engineering, and users.
