Enterprise Implementation Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead customer interactions and communications to maximize product value and adoption.
• Serve as the client manager to understand business operations and ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Track and resolve client issues and proactively troubleshoot problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience supporting enterprise customers in software implementation, onboarding, application engineering, business consulting, maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, or construction.
• Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups.
• BEng degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or similar space is a benefit.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days to advise customers.
