Enterprise Implementation Consultant - Bilingual (English and Spanish)

📋 Description

• Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations.
• Lead client interactions during the implementation lifecycle.
• Serve as client manager to understand operations and end-user satisfaction.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Track and troubleshoot client issues and resolve problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to deliver bilingual implementation.
• Experience managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• BEng degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn the MaintainX product within 30 days.
• Self-starter with minimal oversight and ability to meet tight deadlines.
