Enterprise Implementation Consultant - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

📋 Description

• Manage multi-phase enterprise software implementations.
• Lead customer interactions across the implementation lifecycle.
• Act as client manager to align with business needs.
• Deliver formal training to client teams and end users.
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams during onboarding.
• Provide product knowledge support and troubleshoot issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish for business delivery.
• Experience managing complex implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• BEng degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn MaintainX quickly and advise customers.
