Enterprise Implementation Consultant - Bilingual (English & Spanish)

📋 Description

• Manage multi-phase enterprise software implementations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead customer interactions and communications to maximize product value and adoption.
• Serve as the client manager during implementation to ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Deliver formal training to client project teams and end-users.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams throughout onboarding.
• Provide product knowledge support and best practices to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in enterprise software implementation and onboarding.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, able to communicate in both languages in a business setting.
• Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholder groups.
• BEng degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, maintenance, or related space is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
