📋 Description

• Manage multi-phase enterprise software implementations with stakeholders.
• Lead customer interactions to drive adoption and success.
• Serve as client manager to ensure end-user satisfaction.
• Deliver formal training to client teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding.
• Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant enterprise software implementation and onboarding experience.
• Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholders.
• BEng degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn MaintainX within 30 days.
• Self-starter with minimal oversight and tight deadlines.
