📋 Description

• Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations, ensuring deliverables are
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution across complex environments
• Support planning and execution of enterprise go-live events, serving as a primary point of contact
• Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams
• Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs, designing elegant solutions that meet
• Provide consultation support to physicians with call workflow configuration into the PerfectServe

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, engineering or IT related discipline is ideal but not required
• Prior work experience in a customer facing or other service roles
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Visio (or Lucidchart similarly), Word, Excel (including
• Embraces change and has a genuine curiosity for healthcare
• Ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner
