Enterprise Integration Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define and maintain a multi-quarter product roadmap covering currency, resilience, security
• Own platform lifecycle management across the estate, including standard versions, upgrade plans
• Shape and prioritise demand using transparent criteria including risk reduction, service stability
• Set and maintain standards and reference patterns for IBM MQ, including configuration baselines
• Set and maintain standards for ACE integration patterns, deployment and runtime standards, and
• Set and maintain standards for ITX map governance, version control, runtime deployment, and

• Strong experience in product or service management for enterprise platforms (middleware
• Deep knowledge of IBM MQ, solid working knowledge of ACE, ITX, and observability tools such as ITM
• Proven track record in platform lifecycle management including upgrades, standardisation
• Strong operational mindset across incident/problem management, capacity planning, resilience, high
• Good stakeholder management skills and influencing across organisations.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-region deployments of messaging/integration/observability
