Enterprise Risk & Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Support the execution and ongoing development of enterprise compliance and risk management
• Manage policy administration, regulatory deadline tracking, compliance requests, and other
• Prepare and coordinate cases related to fraud, whistleblower programs, investigations, and other
• Serve as a key liaison for internal legal and compliance inquiries, coordinating with departments
• Support case management, due diligence activities, investigations, and related documentation while
• Manage request intake, email reviews, data entry, task tracking, and portfolio administration

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the United States and be willing to travel for twice-yearly organizational retreats.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, or an equivalent
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in compliance, risk management, legal operations
• Strong foundational knowledge of investigations, compliance practices, risk management, and
• Solid business and legal acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive matters under
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, including request intake, email management, data
