Enterprise Risk Management, Assistant Manager

📋 Description

• Maintain ERM frameworks and policies aligned with ISO 31000 and COSO ERM standards
• Manage the corporate Risk Register to help departments (BUs) track operational and strategic risks
• Follow up with risk owners to ensure timely closure of mitigation action plans
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops to evaluate risk likelihood, impact, and control effectiveness
• Monitor all risks, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic trends
• Build automated risk dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to deliver data-driven insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related
• 6+ years of professional experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk, internal
• Prefer professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, or equivalent)
• Prefer prior risk management experience in consulting or financial institutions
• Experience with risk management principles, internal controls, business continuity, and governance
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft)
