Enterprise Risk Manager

📋 Description

• Work with first-line teams to embed Enterprise Risk management across the organisation.
• Coordinate and maintain the Risk Appetite Framework across the EU.
• Lead identification and materiality assessment of all material risks.
• Execute horizon scanning and emerging risk assessments across business lines.
• Promote risk culture and deliver training and awareness programmes.
• Maintain the EU Risk Taxonomy and risk register; ensure accurate classification and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in risk management within financial services in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in ERM tools and processes (frameworks, governance, assessments, appetite, reporting).
• Strong knowledge of European risk regulatory requirements (CBI, EBA, ECB/SSM, Basel).
• Strong knowledge of digital banking products, operations and risks.
• Excellent analytical, relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary €68,000 - €83,000 plus incentive awards.
• Hybrid working model in Dublin (2-3 days a week).
