📋 Description

• Design and maintain clear risk reporting processes for Monzo Bank Limited, meeting Group requirements.
• Develop risk reporting processes with Group Risk to be fit-for-purpose and future-proof, providing meaningful BI.
• Analyze risk data to produce insightful reports for senior stakeholders, including committee reporting.
• Produce Combined Assurance Plan (CAP) papers for Monzo Bank Limited.
• Support operation and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) with consistent application.
• Collaborate with Group Risk to keep the Group Risk Taxonomy fit-for-purpose and aligned with the risk profile.

• Experience in risk reporting and risk data management.
• Skilled at managing stakeholders across all levels.
• Experienced at prioritising work tactically and strategically.
• Experience delivering strategic risk initiatives, including risk change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Monzo's Tone.
