📋 Description

• Lead oversight across one or more enterprise risk domains.
• Understand key risk drivers, exposures, trends, and issues.
• Provide independent challenge on material risks and governance.
• Translate complex risks into clear enterprise perspectives.
• Collaborate with regional risk teams and stakeholders.
• Support risk frameworks and governance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in ERM, Operational Risk, Non-Financial Risk, Internal Audit, or related disciplines.
• Ability to independently assess complex risk issues and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience across businesses, functions, and geographies in a complex org.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives in risk management or governance.
• Strong understanding of ERM principles, governance frameworks, and industry practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
