Base compensation range: $71,000 — $98,000 USD.

🎯 Requirements

• A Risk Management Professional: experience in enterprise, operational and regulatory risk with 2+ years in risk, compliance, audit, or related function.
• A Governance and Controls Specialist: understanding of risk frameworks and governance; able to draft policies and mitigation plans.
• A Self-Starter with a Builder Mindset: analytical; capable of building processes and maintaining risk registers with accurate data.
• A Strong Communicator: able to explain risk concepts clearly and prepare reports for leadership and committees.
