📋 Description

• Lead core risk workstreams in the 2LOD Enterprise Risk program.
• Manage the enterprise risk register, risk assessments, and risk processes.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Security, and Product teams.
• Help ensure the risk framework is robust, auditable, and scalable.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in risk, compliance, audit, or related function.
• Governance and controls: draft policies, procedures, and mitigations.
• Self-starter with builder mindset; build processes and maintain risk data.
• Strong communicator; present to senior management and committees.
• Collaborative; embed risk awareness across business units.
• Proactive and solutions-focused; propose practical mitigations.
• Organized and accountable; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
