  • Track record building sales motion from scratch at a challenger brand with outbound discipline.
  • Experience selling to CISO/VP Eng/CTO in security, GRC, or compliance SaaS with security workflow credibility (no heavy pre-sales engineer).
  • Proven history managing and developing a small team of Account Executives while remaining hands-on (player-coach).
  • Sustained quota attainment as IC and leader across 2โ€“3 consecutive years.
  • Strong pipeline instincts: build from zero, prioritise accounts, and forecast with self-sourced pipeline.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and incomplete infrastructure; built before scaling.
