📋 Description

• Build and run a territory plan focused on new logo acquisition, identifying and prioritising the
• Generate your own pipeline through proactive outreach, including cold calling, social selling
• Break into new accounts and build relationships from first contact through to signed contract
• Own the full sales cycle for new business, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual new business targets
• Lead with insight, bringing a point of view on how automation can solve specific challenges such as

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of solution or value selling experience, with a strong focus on new business
• A proven track record of consistently winning new logos and exceeding new business quota year on
• 3+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to Manufacturing customers (preferred)
• Experience building pipeline from scratch in a greenfield or under-penetrated territory
• Confidence prospecting into senior stakeholders, including the C-suite, and opening conversations
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and the systems that support them, such as ERP, supply
