Enterprise Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Partner with biotech orgs to assess IT landscape and architect solutions
• Lead end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live
• Provide strategic guidance and product engagement recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
• Coordinate with PS, Product, and CS teams for global deployments
• Support Sales & Marketing in technical deal strategy and resolve challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in biotech/pharma and scientific software implementation
• Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences or related; advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record leading global implementation teams; Benchling experience preferred
• Excellent communication and project management; comfortable across geographies
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Hands-on with LIMS/ELN/MES/LES and JMP/Tableau
