Run discovery calls to map a prospect's identity stack (on-prem, cloud, SaaS)
Deliver demos showing Oak's identity graph unifies access reviews, JIT, and lifecycle management
Design and execute Proofs of Value with prospects
Own responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires
Partner with Account Executives to build technical strategy and troubleshoot blockers
Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to sharpen Oak's roadmap

🎯 Requirements

7+ years as Solutions/Sales Engineer in cybersecurity/identity (IAM/IGA/PAM)
IAM/IGA concepts: JML, access reviews, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, SCIM, SAML/OAuth
Comfortable giving live demos and POVs to tech and exec audiences
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business risk and ROI for CISOs/compliance stakeholders
Strong ownership mentality in a fast-moving startup
Excellent written and verbal communication, including RFP/security questionnaire responses
