Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Higher Education

📋 Description

• You will be part of Box's Solutions Engineering team, selling to business and IT leaders and
• Lead demos showcasing Box AI and the full suite (BoxAI, Box Web, Mobile, Shield, Relay, Sign
• Act as a technical quarterback coordinating the extended team for the solution sale.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with customers in territory.

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting in SaaS/enterprise
• Experience with Higher Education customers strongly preferred.
• AI-curious and technically fluent; comfortable discussing LLMs, embeddings, automation, and context
• Strong presentation skills; ability to articulate business value and build demos/storylines for Box
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, REST, OAuth, JSON, Python, Javascript; experience with
