📋 Description

• Design and architect enterprise observability solutions using cloud-native technologies
• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and translate business challenges into
• Deliver technical demonstrations, POCs, and architecture sessions to showcase product capabilities
• Support enterprise sales cycles by guiding technical aspects and positioning solutions.
• Advise on observability architecture, telemetry data modeling, instrumentation strategies, and best
• Create reusable technical assets: demo environments, reference architectures, POC templates.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability platforms, distributed tracing, and
• Hands-on telemetry collection, instrumentation, data ingestion pipelines, performance optimization.
• Understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Experience designing architectures, delivering demos, and leading POCs.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
