Enterprise Solutions Engineer - West

📋 Description

• Run technical discovery calls to map a prospect's identity stack
• Deliver tailored product demos showing Oak unifies access reviews and lifecycle
• Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) with prospects
• Own technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires
• Partner with Account Executives to define technical strategy and unblock deals
• Provide feedback to Product/Engineering to sharpen Oak's roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as a Solutions Engineer in cybersecurity or IAM/IGA
• Working knowledge IAM/IGA concepts: JML, access reviews, RBAC/ABAC
• Comfort running live technical demos and POVs for technical/executive audiences
• Ability to translate complex tech into business risk and ROI for CISOs
• Strong ownership mindset in a fast-moving startup
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including RFP responses
• Nice to have: Hands-on identity governance experience
• Nice to have: Scripting or API integration experience (Python, REST APIs)
