Enterprise Technical Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales to craft value-driven solution proposals.
• Serve as a technical resource on Smartsheet API, SSO/SAML, and APIs.
• Respond to SERs via Salesforce for complex opportunities and integrations.
• Build PoCs to demonstrate product capabilities to customers.
• Create solution diagrams showing architecture and requirements.
• Provide guidance on Smartsheet capabilities with other tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Solutions Engineer or relevant SaaS/enterprise software
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with APIs and OAuth2/SAML/OpenID
• Programming experience (Python or NodeJS/JavaScript preferred)
• Willing to travel periodically based on customer needs
