Enterprise Transformation PMO Lead

📋 Description

• Establish, operationalize, and lead an enterprise PMO with governance, models, tools, KPIs, and
• Provide executive leadership across transformation programs for strategic outcomes.
• Develop portfolio governance with steering, intake, prioritization, gates, rights, and rhythms.
• Lead process engineering and optimization for efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Drive cross-functional transformation across ops, ERP, finance, service, procurement, and supply
• Design change strategies, engage stakeholders, and manage adoption and readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in program/portfolio/PMO leadership for enterprise transformations.
• Experience building and operating enterprise PMOs from scratch.
• Proven success in large-scale, multi-unit transformation efforts with tech enablement.
• Strong background in IMO, M&A, enterprise integrations, or similar environments preferred.
• Expertise in process optimization, operational excellence, and change management.
