Entity Management & Compliance Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, maintenance, restructuring, and ongoing administration of corporate entities
• Maintain accurate and complete entity records, corporate documentation, governance information, and
• Coordinate entity incorporation, registered office arrangements, mandatory licensing, statutory
• Monitor regulatory, legal, and tax developments across assigned jurisdictions and assess their
• Partner with internal teams, including Legal, HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Product, and Marketing, to
• Support business leadership in executing growth strategies, including the establishment of entities

🎯 Requirements

• Two to four years of experience working with corporate entities, entity administration, or related
• Solid knowledge of corporate governance, legal entity structures, company incorporation, and
• Experience working in a global business environment and coordinating activities across multiple
• Demonstrated ability to manage external service providers, including legal counsel, and coordinate
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and
• Experience handling escalations, diagnosing problems, developing solutions, and overseeing the
