📋 Description

• Advise clients on legal rights and draft case documents
• Attend pretrial hearings and advise on strategies
• Manage court appearances, trials, motions, and witness interviews
• Perform legal research and analyze case outcomes using precedents
• Manage caseload workload and deadlines
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree
• Active bar admission (graduates awaiting admission considered)
• Demonstrated interest in Criminal Defense via clinics/internships
• Experience with Case Management Software preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload and move cases forward
