Entry-Level Attorney (Criminal Defense)

📋 Description

• Advise clients on legal rights and draft case documents
• Attend pretrial hearings and advise strategies after hearings
• Manage court appearances, trials, motions, witnesses, and research
• Analyze case outcomes using legal precedents
• Manage workload of cases and deadlines
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather evidence from witnesses/experts

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of Criminal Defense Experience
• Experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels
• A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with fellow associates
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional client service
