📋 Description

• Entry-level role to develop technical, diagnostic, and customer service skills for residential HVAC
• Perform routine maintenance, tune-ups, diagnostics, and supports in learning environments.
• Learn to troubleshoot heating/cooling systems and read wiring/equipment specs.
• Work with homeowners, deliver professional customer experiences, and follow company standards.
• Training provided; clear path toward becoming a fully qualified HVAC Service Technician.

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC trade school or technical training preferred; basic understanding of residential HVAC systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, and good problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable record; able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
• Basic electrical concepts preferred; ability to use hand/power tools; ability to work in
• Customer service mindset; professional communication and reliability.
• Equally comfortable working independently as skills develop; adaptable to varying temperatures.
