Entry Level - Laser Production Technician (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Build electrical sub-assemblies per instructions to meet quality standards.
• Optic assembly: epoxy application, UV curing, and oven curing.
• Fiber optic splicing and routing.
• Operate automated equipment; maintain and troubleshoot with engineering guidance.
• Calibrate lab equipment; track calibration schedules.
• Perform test setups and manage priorities to meet deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year hands-on work experience.
• 2+ years in electro-mechanical, precision, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Read, interpret layouts, mechanical drawings, schematics, and parts lists.
• Associate degree preferred.
