(Entry Level) Production Technician - PCBA

📋 Description

• Operate PCB assembly machines for circuit boards (SMT, reflow, coating, inspection).
• Run thermal/functional tests on electronic hardware; setup, instrumentation, testing, teardown.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment via preventive maintenance.
• Manage schedule priorities and execute work to meet deliverables.
• Document failure modes and use data to improve quality.
• Component kitting and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years hands-on work or vocational training/cert.
• 2+ years in high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to read layouts, drawings, procedures, schematics, and parts lists.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, MS Office, ERP.
• Soldering proficiency with IPC/J-STD certification.
