Provide face-to-face IT support and manage the ticket board.
Prioritize and troubleshoot technical problems; communicate with non-technical users.
Document issues in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
Travel between sites as required; flexible schedule; no company vehicle provided.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

NZ Citizenship or permanent residency required
NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 knowledge
Azure Active Directory experience
FortiGate firewall and enterprise networking familiarity (Ruckus/Aruba/Aerohive)
