Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Based on-site in South Auckland; first IT contact for issues.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients.
• Document and track client issues using a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Complete daily timesheets; maintain strong attention to detail.
• Travel between client sites as needed; no company vehicle provided.
• 38-hour workweek: Mon-Thu 8h, Fri 6h.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency.
• Must have NZ Driver's Licence (Full or Restricted).
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.
• Windows 11
• Windows Server 2022
• Azure Active Directory
