Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• First contact for IT issues across client sites.
• Provide excellent customer service; explain tech to non-tech users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues via in-person support and tickets.
• Document issues in the ticketing system and follow up.
• Travel locally across Dunedin and Lower South Island; vehicle provided.

🎯 Requirements

• NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
• Desirable: Windows 11
• Desirable: Windows Server 2022
• Desirable: Azure Active Directory
• Desirable: FortiGate Firewalls
