Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• First point of contact for IT issues at client sites.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, and in person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client tech issues.
• Document issues using a ticketing system and track progress.
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up to resolution.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
