Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Be first point of contact for IT issues at client sites in East Auckland.
• Interact face-to-face and manage the ticket board.
• Deliver excellent customer service; communicate with non-technical users.
• Prioritize and troubleshoot technical problems; escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Complete daily timesheets with attention to detail; travel between sites as needed.

• NZ Citizen or permanent residency
• NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
• Windows 11
• Windows Server 2022
• Azure Active Directory
• FortiGate
