Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site IT support at client sites in Northcote, NZ.
• First point of contact for IT issues; manage ticket board and interact with non-technical users.
• Face-to-face interactions, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate across teams.
• Complete daily timesheets; occasional local travel across sites.
• Monday-Thursday: 8 hours; Friday: 6 hours (38 hours/week).

🎯 Requirements

• NZ Citizen or permanent residency required
• NZ Driver’s License (Full or Restricted)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate technical info to non-technical users
• Experience with IT support basics and ticketing systems
• Desirable: Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Azure Active Directory, FortiGate, switching
