Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, chat
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Document and track client issues using a ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Complete daily timesheets

🎯 Requirements

• NZ Citizen or permanent residency
• NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
• Practical technical knowledge in Windows 11, Windows Server 2022, Azure Active Directory, Firewalls
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility for local travel
