📋 Description

• Lead school climate projects (decarbonization, energy, solar).
• Collaborate with CAPS, experts, and schools to inform learning modules.
• Gather and interpret district energy data; create visuals and reports.
• Lead CAPS internships and apprenticeships across LA regions.
• Recruit and mentor high school interns; ensure learning and growth.
• Coordinate intern training; align on-the-job and classroom instruction.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years teaching or climate education for youth.
• Bachelor's in education, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• Work remotely with CA travel; valid driver's license.
• Strong project management: planning, tracking, reporting.
• Excellent data analysis; translate data into recommendations.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
