Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist

📋 Description

• Support EHS programs, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across North America
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and critical risk management
• Maintain EHS metrics, reporting, training, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze EHS performance data and assist with audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Partner with operations leaders to strengthen safety culture and environmental stewardship.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related field.
• 1-5 years of environmental, health, and safety compliance experience.
• Knowledge of life safety codes and EHS regulations.
• Understanding of U.S. and Canadian regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, CSA, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical data interpretation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
