📋 Description

Act as boots-on-ground EHS leader for site programs
Lead manufacturing/test safety and aerospace hazards
Conduct investigations and root-cause analysis
Develop and implement EHS policies and programs
Ensure CAL/OSHA, RCRA, EPA, SCAQMD, DOT, DTSC, CUPA compliance
Coordinate inspections, audits, and corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma
4+ years EHS program experience
Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office
Experience with hazardous waste, LOTO, PPE
Able to travel up to 25%
Construction/industrial startup experience
