Environmental Health & Safety Sr. Specialist

📋 Description

• Build and oversee site EHS programs and safety policies.
• Ensure CAL OSHA, RCRA, EPA, SCAQMD, DOT, DTSC, CUPA compliance.
• Maintain chemical inventories in CERS and CUPA alignment.
• Lead SWPPP and IWW permit compliance, and environmental reporting.
• Conduct inspections and audits; drive corrective actions and training.
• Improve EHS records (Jira/SMS) and support incident investigations.
• Develop JHA/LOTO programs and mentor EHS staff.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 4+ years EHS program experience.
• Experience implementing and overseeing EHS programs.
• Hazardous waste management and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
