📋 Description

• Provide legal counsel on environmental compliance and remediation
• Represent clients in environmental proceedings and negotiations
• Draft and review regulatory filings, contracts, and disclosures
• Advise on environmental risks in real estate, infrastructure, and development
• Monitor changes in environmental law and regulatory developments
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and outside consultants to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with a U.S. State Bar (California preferred)
• 3–7 years of environmental law experience in transactional and litigation contexts
• In-depth knowledge of federal and California environmental statutes and regulations
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage complex legal and regulatory matters independently
