📋 Description

• Local area primary client representative for service center location
• Works with the Quality Assurance Manager and Account Executives to evaluate and establish project
• Ensures client complaints are handled professionally and resolved in a timely manner
• Maintains records for vehicle maintenance and driving miles; reporting it in at the end of each
• Supervising service center couriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, preparing bottle orders
• Works closely with laboratory management in laboratory capacity loading decisions

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• BS/BA in Chemistry/Sciences Preferred
• Minimum 3 years client relationship or customer service experience
• Field Services experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Valid state issued driver’s license, clean driving record
