📋 Description

• Local area primary client representative for service center location.
• Works with the Quality Assurance Manager and Account Executives to evaluate and establish project
• Ensures client complaints are handled professionally and resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain records for the vehicle maintenance and driving miles; reporting it in at the end of each
• Supervising service center couriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, preparing bottle orders
• Works closely with laboratory management in laboratory capacity loading decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma Required
• Field Services experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Experience working directly with customers, serving as a trusted point of contact, resolving
• A valid state issued driver’s license to drive company vehicles is required as an employee with
• Clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
