Environmental Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and implement test procedures, SOPs, and tools for environmental test operations.
• Define environmental test equipment specs, select vendors, qualify and deploy.
• Design and build test setups, fixtures, and support hardware for flight hardware.
• Manage test schedules, track milestones, and report progress/risk to leadership.
• Operate test equipment and instrumentation; collect, analyze data; prepare reports.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions for test processes, equipment, and fixtures.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in testing electronics or electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Experience in environmental testing (thermal, vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC, etc.).
• Experience developing and executing test plans from engineering requirements.
• Can manage priorities and drive tasks to completion in cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; document and present results.
