📋 Description

• Analyze clinical/business workflows and optimize Epic apps.
• Gather, document, and translate user requirements into specs.
• Configure Epic applications to support workflows and features.
• Design and execute unit, integration, and end-user tests.
• Create training materials and support user adoption.
• Monitor performance and implement system enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years IT/clinical experience with analysis, requirements, testing, docs.
• Experience with Epic applications or related healthcare tech.
• Ability to translate user needs into system specifications.
• Knowledge of apps, OS, databases, hardware, connectivity, interfaces.
• Willingness to obtain Epic certifications within established timelines.
