📋 Description

  • Design, configure, build, test, implement and maintain Epic Lumens.
  • Analyze workflows; recommend future-state solutions.
  • Gather and document business, clinical, and technical requirements.
  • Configure records, SmartForms, order sets, charge capture, queues.
  • Support endoscopy and gastro scheduling, documentation, workflows.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, anesthesia, revenue cycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • Epic Lumens SME with design, config and optimization.
  • Epic suite experience: OpTime, Radiant, Cupid, Prelude, Cadence, Resolute, MyChart.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, regression testing, and UAT.
  • Gather and document business, clinical, and technical requirements.
  • Provide go-live planning, activation support, and post-production stabilization.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents; coordinate with Epic Tech Services.
