• Deep Epic expertise: 5+ years at Epic, 2+ years in healthcare tech
• Strategic and hands-on: leads quarterly planning and technical work
• Operational builder with greenfield mindset; creates order from ambiguity
• High EQ and cross-functional influence with PM, eng, and customers
• AI-powered: uses AI tools daily and builds scripts/workflows
